    I bought this product to help me sleep. I’m currently taking two chews. While the product does not help get me to sleep initially it does keep me asleep throughout the night and I wake up refreshed. The chews have a nice juicy fruit flavor. I would highly recommend this product.

    These taste great. However I'm not sure how much they help with sleep. If I take 2, they work for maybe 2 hours but they wear off pretty quick
